2 - Subscription

  1. To subscribe to the Service, you should place an order.

  2. The Service provides the defined Products to be ordered by a user. The Products’ packages depend on your device, the number of features you may choose, and a subscription plan.

  3. Under your account, you may have several subscriptions.

  4. When you place the order, you should complete the Billing Information and the Payment Method by providing your personal information.

  5. After purchasing the Software, your credentials (login and password) will be sent to your email so you can enter your Account/control panel.

  6. You may choose a subscription plan for 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.

  7. You know you may use the Software for more than one target device when purchasing one subscription plan, but you must reinstall it.

  8. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription plan.

  9. If you are not ticking off the auto-renewal for your order, you will be charged for the next subscription plan period. However, you may tick off auto-renewal on your control panel/account during the subscription period.

  10. You may never use another user’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information.

  11. You are solely responsible for the activity from your account and must keep your account password secure.

  12. You may not share or transfer any account. You may not disclose your password to anyone else.

  13. You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account or if you believe your account password may have been compromised.

  14. The software will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

  15. By changing available settings, you may interact with the Service through your account/control panel. For example, you may enable or disable auto-renewal for your placed order.

  16. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

  17. You agree not to create or access an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself.

  18. You agree not to create an account or use the Service if the software has previously removed your Account or if you have been previously banned from the Service.

  19. You have the right to cancel any account of yours at any time. In addition, you may cancel any account registered to you by following the instructions on the Site.

  20. If you voluntarily terminate an account or allow it to lapse, you may reactivate it at any time through the control panel on the Site. However, accounts terminated by the software for any abuse, including, without limitation, a violation of these ToU, may not be reactivated for any reason. Upon any termination or suspension of the Service, monitoring of all devices on which the Software is installed shall cease. You may no longer access any information you have submitted on the Site or related to your account.

  21. If you forget your account password, you may restore access with your email.
