Each feature has a policy, and users must agree with it. If the users disagree, that means that the feature is disabled, and the app does not collect or use any data related to the feature.

If used for employee monitoring or research:

"As part of our company communication analysis, we may analyze your work-related contacts to better understand team interactions. Personal contacts are not used. You may review what data is collected and opt out anytime."
