1 - Principal points

To purchase and use the software, you should create an account by providing your personal information and completing the billing information and payment method.
The software only receives the information provided by you as your ID and email;
By providing your information while buying the Software, you know that the Software does not collect this information. It is the Payment Provider that receives payment details;
The software is not responsible for any third-party memory leak in databases and/or DNS servers.
You will not use the Site Service in violation of any laws you are subject to. In addition to the preceding, Software is not responsible for your access or use of the Software.
Before placing the order, you consent to the software. Please read the Compatibility Policy and check the requirements of your target device.
You understand that you require physical access to a device to install the Software.
You agree that Software is not responsible or liable in any manner for your installation of the Software to a target device.
You will properly follow all instructions and documentation provided by Software to you at the website;
You will not allow any third party to access your account or utilize the Software. If access to your account were given to a third party deliberately, by mistake, or in any other way without your consent, you would like to acknowledge that the software does not bear the responsibility.
You will only install the Software on devices for which you are the owner or for which you received consent from such owner.
We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or refuse the software to anyone for any reason without notice.
